UPCX-Platforms PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “UPCX”), a developer of an open-source payment system optimized for high-speed blockchain technology tailored to payment and financial services, and MEGALINK Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “MEGALINK”), a Web3 game platform from South Korea that provides an onboarding gateway for AAA games developed using Unreal Engine, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 22nd for a strategic partnership.
Through this agreement, the two companies aim to collaborate to contribute to the ecosystem of services based on blockchain and Web3, leveraging their respective strengths to develop their services. Additionally, they intend to conduct joint research and development in the Web3 platform domain in the future.
By utilizing the knowledge and achievements in blockchain and Web3 technologies that they have cultivated in Japan and South Korea, respectively, both companies aim to capitalize on each other's strengths to expand their businesses and contribute to the industry.
